WHAT IS A

JOURNEYWOMAN?

This series is actually a bit of a throwback, and throughout it we will be diving into the question, “What is a Journeywoman?” By definition, a journeywoman is a worker, skilled in a trade or craft, who earns her qualifications through training and experience, kind of like an apprentice. If you’re a Christ follower, you could say you’re a Journeywoman for Jesus—a worker, learning the trade of her Master through Biblical instruction, discipleship, and navigating the challenges that he sets before her to cause her to look more like himself. In this five-part series, we will be trekking through some of our foundational Journeywomen episodes to examine a few different aspects of what it means to be journeywomen for Jesus. With each facet that we discuss, we hope you will be struck by the joy of knowing and loving your Master more as we seek to reflect him as his Journeywomen.
